I could not stop.

Or, let me say, I could stop going through their content for like some days but then the thought of checking a few things will always be in the back of my mind and I would go and check...

This pattern continued for a like a few months until I ended up watching a video made by a Christian ministry who were suggesting changing some toxic patterns of life by doing a 21 days fast to break unhealthy habits (The channel is called World Video Bible School (WVBS) I forgot the name of the video, if I find it, I’ll add it here)

So, I blocked any other content related to them and their field.

And it worked! I was finally cured.

Then, I had the smartest idea to test my newfound boundaries by listening to a song BTS had released a few months ago. I think it was Not Today.

I felt nauseous.

Wow, I had become “BTS-Intolerant”!!! It felt great. I was really proud of myself.

...

When eating something that your body does not agree with, the inflammatory response will warn you. When persisting to consume what is sweet in your mouth but bitter to your tummy, to let you deal with the consequences, the inflammation would either dim down, amplify or move somewhere else.

You don’t play with temptation.

It will always win. I should have known better.

I was back into this toxic cycle and decided to just accept my fate of being a newly baptised Christian who had fallen short of God’s grace. I was a disappointment to all Heaven. So, I just navigated through life with this heavy burden.

A change of perspective happened in the summer of 2017.

I was still watching some of their content (especially their RUN BTS! Serie) at a 10 percent rate (just to make my conscience better) the other 90 percent was going to be "justified" by stating a YouTube channel.

Suddenly?

Yes.

I was tired of this Kitania-Go-Round and wanted to ask the online community if some had experienced the same thing.

The plan seemed cool in my head but its realisation was more difficult than I had expected.

Chapter 7 coming soon :)
